The following publications reveal the real power of Amendment 2. It’s amazing what you find when you read the fine print! The publication listed first in the chart is our most recent. It combines elements of our 2006 publication (listed second in the chart) with a full explanation of the funding entities poised to receive our tax dollars for human cloning and like research. This publication dispels any myth that Amendment 2’s mandate for public funding of cloning and the like doesn’t have any “teeth.” Indeed, funding channels are already in place, entities such as the Life Sciences Research Trust Fund, which is in a position to direct funds to cloning and stem cell research, unless we’re successful in stopping them.
